The Aftermarket Sales Consultant is a crucial, client-facing role responsible for driving the adoption of Elite Consulting Partners’ proprietary service contracts, protection plans, and value-added aftermarket products across our client dealerships (Automotive, RV, and/or Marine).
This individual will act as a trusted advisor, responsible for needs assessment, product presentation, negotiation, and securing high-value aftermarket penetration rates while ensuring long-term client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Client Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough, in-depth analyses of client sales departments and existing aftermarket penetration rates to identify specific opportunities for improvement and product integration.

Product Consultation & Presentation: Master and clearly articulate the features, benefits, and value proposition of all Elite Consulting Partners’ aftermarket offerings, including extended service contracts, GAP coverage, tire/wheel protection, cosmetic protection packages, and maintenance plans.

Sales Strategy & Implementation: Collaborate directly with dealer principals, General Managers, and Sales Managers to develop tailored, compliant, and effective sales strategies for promoting aftermarket products to the end consumer.

Training & Coaching: Deliver engaging, high-impact training sessions (both in-person and virtual) to dealership sales staff, focusing on advanced closing techniques, objection handling specific to aftermarket products, and ethical selling practices.

Performance Tracking & Reporting: Utilize CRM and reporting tools to accurately track sales pipeline, forecast potential revenue, monitor client performance against agreed-upon KPIs, and prepare detailed performance reports for senior management.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with key decision-makers at client locations, ensuring consistent engagement and high client retention rates.

Market Intelligence: Stay rigorously up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes impacting aftermarket sales and compliance.
